A Week of Mindfulness and Yoga with Regina Siddu Pilia and Amity Neumeister

To celebrate our first Mindfulness series at Zem Yoga Studio Roma and to reinforce a stronger bond between mindfulness and yoga, Regina Siddu Pilia, certified mindfulness educator and Amity Neumeister, RYT 200 invite you to a weekend of meditation and movement in the breathtaking countryside of Tuscany. Take the time to honor yourself, eat amazing home grown and prepared organic food, rest, restore and rejuvenate!

Regina Siddu Pilia // Mindful Schools Certified

Regina has been practicing Mindfulness since 2007, and is a certified Mindfulness Educator from Mindful Schools, accredited by University of Pacific, USA. She is also a Meditation Trainer certified by the Personal Training Certification Institute, USA. She has been practicing and studying Zen since 2007 and received the Zen precepts in 2012 from San Francisco Zen Center. She did many meditation retreats and spent 3 months in Green Gulch, a Zen monastery. She has been also studying Vipassana meditation, and she will soon receive her certification as a Vipassana instructor. Her classes include sit meditation, walking meditation, and body-scan meditation.[/gdlr_heading]

Amity Neumeister // Certified Vinyasa Instructor

Amity has been a student and practitioner of yoga since 2006. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training at Haute Yoga Queen Anne in Seattle, Washington, USA in 2012 and another 200-hour training with Africa Yoga Project in Nairobi, Kenya in 2013. In 2014, she completed Next Generation Yoga’s teacher trainings for 2 – 7 year olds and 7 – 13 year olds, as well as Yoga Behind Bars teacher training for incarcerated men, women and youth. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. Amity offers a practice inspired by her vinyasa, hatha and Baptiste training, and creates a supportive environment with artful, intuitive and intelligent sequencing.[/gdlr_heading]

COST: Early bird price just €300; after November 30th €325
