A 5 day get away to the Tuscan hills to explore Yoga, Hiking, Cooking, Organic Food and Breath taking views.
Come join Luka and Nadia on this blissful 5 day retreat in the wonderful Tuscan mountains.
Expect two yoga classes per day; Mornings will consist of active vinyasa and yoga conditioning with Luka. Then settle down for a restful evening of gentle yoga and meditation with Nadia.
Each day you will enjoy 3 fresh vegetarian/vegan meals all made with organic local produce and snacks/drinks.
Accommodation consists of shared villas with the option of single occupancy if desired. Around yoga times you will have the freedom to explore the many treks around the forest, walks to the nearest town (25 min walk) or self reflection time either in nature or the beautiful meditation space.
