Durante il workshop esploreremo i nostri corpi e il movimento in solitudine, con un partner e in gruppo. Passeremo dall’ascolto del corpo al contatto e alla danza.

Le sessioni si svolgeranno sia all’interno che all’esterno, negli spendidi boschi che circondano il Casale e nelle vicine spiagge. Sarà possibile partecipare anche alle sessioni opzionali di meditazione e di Yoga che si terranno la mattina.

È un workshop adatto a tutti i livelli (anche se è consigliabile avere già alle spalle un’esperienza di danza e di movimento). Il corso sarà tenuto in inglese e tedesco, ma è assicurata la traduzione in italiano.

Devote 5 days to yourself in this nature paradise in Tuscany, slowing down to your natural rhythm, relaxing, recharging, returning to inner silence. Using elements of dance improvisation, authentic movement and yoga, as well as non-judgemental forms of verbal communication, you will be accompanied on a journey to what nourishes you and makes you feel alive.

Enjoy the wonderful environment and surroundings that will support you in discovering your inner power and deep relaxation. Our sessions will take place indoors as well as outdoors, in the beautiful forests and at the nearby beaches, and will alternate between dance/movement and verbal communication.

This retreat is open to everyone (no previous experience required). Sessions will be facilitated in both English and German.

Kati

è antropologa, ballerina olistica e insegnante di Yoga.

She loves to be in movement, whether dancing in- or outdoors, standing on her head or being a mountain goat, dwelling through forests and rocky landscapes. As an anthropologist, holistic dance and yoga teacher, she follows her passion of studying and applying different ways of both verbal and nonverbal communication. Having practiced holistic movement forms like contact improvisation, yoga and authentic movement for many years, she is convinced and yet still astonished by the power and magic of transformation through simply opening paths to the inner self.

Ben

insegna contact improvisation e lavora come mentor e coach.

He is at home in the mountains and finds creativity and inspiration in experiencing the ever changing landscapes and seasons. On a continual path to connect with people at a deeper level, he practices and teaches contact improvisation and works as a mentor, coaching people in self-reflection and self-realisation through insight. He is fascinated with and is endlessly exploring ways of being present, authentic and trusting in the here and now.

Il prezzo include la pensione completa, l’alloggio e la quota corso.

I partecipanti saranno alloggiati in appartamento condiviso, chi desideri arrivare prima o rimanere qualche giorno dopo il corso può prenotare un appartamento per uso privato.

Il cibo sarà prevalentemente vegano o vegetariano, se ci sono delle esigenze speciale vi preghiamo di comunicarcelo.
