| ACCOMODATIONS |
|
|
Our guests are lodged in a traditional Tuscan
country house. It has just been restructured to
suit the particular needs of retreatants and maintains
the ambience and charming simplicity representative
of its original style.
The broad house is divided up into seven independent
two-room flats of an average of 45 square meters,
each consisting of a double-bed room, a living
room which kitchenette, a bathroom with shower
and individual heating. Each of these flats either
comes with a spacious veranda or with an individual
front garden, all offering wide vistas on the
surrounding landscape.
There is also a small gompa or meditation room,
wide enough to hold approximately twenty-five
people.
We are planning to build several independent
meditation huts in a nearby future. These will
be located in the surrounding woods and will
be particularly suited for individual Short-
or Long-Term Retreats.
The main activity of the Centro Pundarika is
to provide a setting for Individual or small
Group Retreats. Occasionally, we will also host
Teachings and Group Retreats in collaboration
with the Istituto
Lama Tzong Khapa and with the Centro
Shri Dhanya Kataka.
