| WHAT WE OFFER |
|
|
 The
Centro Pundarika is open all year round. For retreats,
the winter-months are particularly indicated.
Individual Short-Term Retreats
can last from a minimum of three days up to a
maximum of three weeks. Retreatants will be lodging
in one of seven two-room flats, with individual
entrance, a little personal garden, and, in some
cases, verandas (see ACCOMODATION for further
details). We at Pundarika are not entitled to
cook for our guests, but upon request, we can
take care of the shopping or else provide warm
meals from a nearby restaurant. The cost of the
accommodation is of Euro 25/day
for each retreatant. The reservation must be made
at least one month prior to arrival. For the reservation
to be valid, one third of the sum that has been
agreed upon for the full retreat must be paid
as a deposit within 14 days of the reservation
request. If this deposit isn't received, we must
in fairness consider the request cancelled, so
that the space can be offered to others. The deposit
will be Non-Refundable in the case the retreatant
cancels his stay within and not before this 14-day
period.
 Individual
Long-Term Retreats last from four weeks
up to several months. In this case, the price
may vary and must be negotiated (if you are interested,
please get in touch with us in advance). Once
an agreement has been reached, the remaining sum
is to be paid upon arrival in the case of a stay
of up to six weeks, and within the last day of
every subsequent month of stay. The reservation
& deposit policy for Long-Term Retreats
is the same as for Short-Term Retreats (please
check above). In this case also, if the
stay is not cancelled before the 14-day deadline,
the deposit will be Non-Refundable.
Group Retreats: We can host groups
of up to a maximum of 20 participants. The retreatants
will be evenly distributed among our seven two-room
flats, each equipped with a maximum of 3 or 4
beds. The gompa or meditation room can be used
for group activities. As in the case of Individual
Retreats, we do not cook meals for our guests,
but we can either take care of the shopping (if
the members of the group want to cook for themselves
in the kitchenettes), provide warm meals from
a nearby restaurant (at 800m), with which we have
a standing agreement or hire an Italian cook who
will take care of the catering at the centre itself.
The price is to be negotiated with the person
in charge of the whole group.
The reservation must be confirmed two weeks
prior to the beginning of the retreat. A deposit
of one third of the full amount has to be paid
within two days after the reservation. For non-paying
of the deposit or last minute cancelling of
your stay, please check our policies as mentioned
above.
Our Centre is also open to groups from other
traditions of inner search. Such groups
can either organise the contents of their stay
independently or ask for our assistance. |
