Slow Holiday
It is very possible to just relax in and around Casale Pundarika without having to use the car. For your slow holiday, wake up to the birds, take advantage of our onsite extra-activities or use our premises as you please: Yoga and Meditation room, Panoramic terrace, Yoga deck in the woods, Table Tennis, Hot Tub and plenty of walks in nature. If you’re short of books or fancy playing a game of chess, take a peek in our little library and game room. Chill-out in one of our hammocks under the shade of cork trees and oaks. If you feel adventurous you can discover the little stream, where you can refresh your body and mind or just indulge in the fairytale atmosphere.
Well-Being
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an absolute beginner, once here you can practice yoga, meditation and other disciplines as you please. Feel free to use our meditation room, yoga room or the outdoor yoga deck. We can provide all the necessary equipment for your personal use during your stay.
If you wish to book a private Yoga lesson or a meditation session to get deeper into your practice, we work with a local network of professionals who can share their experience and methods, catering to all levels

Cities & Villages
Follow the historical roman road “Via Aurelia” to one of the medieval villages and visit nearby cities like Florence, Siena or Pisa for art and culture. Picturesque villages such as Volterra, Castagneto Carducci or Montescudaio can be reached within a short drive along the wine route.
Seaside & Beaches
The Etruscan Coast along the Tyrrhenian Sea offers all kind of beaches, sandy and rocky, for families, dogs, naturists and are within a short drive from the house. This stretch of coast has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union for its clean water and quality services. Long walks on the beach can be enjoyed especially during off season.
Food & Wine
What about a typical Tuscan holiday, including the best food and wine! Riparbella and the surrounding areas, such as the Maremma district, the Etruscan Coast and Val di Cecina offer all of it. Not to forget Bolgheri, home of one of the most prestigious wines in the world.
